Microfinance is an effective means of alleviating poverty among beneficiaries. In this context, this research paper seeks to study the impact of micocredit, a component of microfinance, on the sustainability of funded projects in Algeria. Data were collected from a random sample of 129 project owners who benefited from this type of credit, using a questionnaire as the data collection tool. This impact was estimated using descriptive, correlational, and regression methods. Our research reveals that, based on the Algerian experience, microcredit significantly affect the sustainability of funded projects. 38.6% of the variance in the sustainability of projects funded through microcredit can be explained by this. It can also be partially explained by the presence of financial and non-financial services in the model, at a rate of 40.5%.
